Hey, I'm Luis.

A classic car restoration club I founded in Porto. Most of it happens in the garage: I'm restoring my second car, we rebuilt an engine, and we're building a Micra race car. On the web, we turn the grainy 1990s factory manuals (often the only documentation left for these cars) into searchable, mobile-friendly interactive manuals you can read under the car. Six are online so far across Nissan, Mazda and Subaru, plus a few free in-house tools like a wheel-fitment calculator.

A live 3D view of a Kubernetes cluster, built as something to look at rather than a tool to use. Hue is the namespace, size is memory, tumble is CPU, and how far a pod drifts from its node is how close it is to its own limit. Every lifecycle event gets its own animation: pods bloom when scheduled, strobe red when they crashloop, and shove their neighbours out of the way when they get OOM killed. It reads whatever cluster your kubeconfig points at.

A Telegram bot that converts music links between Apple Music, Spotify and YouTube. Also my personal vibe-coding playground. Every 2-3 years I rewrite it from scratch with whatever LLM tooling exists at the time.

A client-side web application for whale measurement, designed to assist marine biologists. It detects EXIF data from drone images to enable accurate sizing without uploading photos to a server.

We built a 280Ah 12V power station able to withstand 1500W. Enabling us to power two JBL Partybox speakers, a laptop, DJ mixer and lights, anywhere with an expected runtime of 10 hours of non-stop djing.
